Kubernetes Community Days Gujarat 2026 is set to take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, marking the first-ever KCD event in the state. It’s a CNCF-backed, community-organized conference bringing together developers, operators, and cloud-native enthusiasts from across India and beyond.
This is an in-person, community-led event, backed by CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) and organized by local Cloud Native Community Groups across Gujarat, including CNCG Ahmedabad, CNCG Gandhinagar, CNCG Rajkot, and CNCG Vadodara.
A practitioner-first Kubernetes event
Like other KCD events, KCD Gujarat 2026 is built around real-world usage rather than vendor pitches or marketing slides. The day is structured around technical sessions, hands-on workshops, networking, and community building, with a lineup of parallel tracks covering platform engineering, DevSecOps and security, AI/ML, networking, and a dedicated beginner track for those new to the ecosystem.

Why KCD Gujarat matters
Ahmedabad and the wider Gujarat region have a growing base of developers, SREs, and platform teams working with Kubernetes and CNCF projects, but until now the state hasn’t had a dedicated KCD of its own. KCD Gujarat 2026 changes that, giving local and visiting speakers a platform to share production experience and connect with the broader cloud-native community in western India.
The venue is still being finalized, with details on transit access, parking, accommodation, and accessibility expected closer to the event.
